  • KEYNOTE SPEECH: organized by Prysmian Middle East & Turkey - Considering that currently there are 4 generations working in the same environment, one of the hardest challenges companies face is the adoption of measures that support the inclusion of people with different ages in order to make sure that everyone feel free to express their vision. Through the words of a Keynote speaker, the event sheds a light on the different perspectives, challenges, mindesets and achievements depending on generation diversity.
