There are over 500 Prysmian Group employees who have embraced in the past or are currently living professional opportunities  and experiences abroad. People from 30 different nationalities, who’ve moved to almost 40 different destinations across the globe.

From the US to Australia, from Turkey to South Africa – we’re proud to call ourselves a truly global company. And, we award many of these international opportunities to those just finding their feet, with around 30% of our expatriates coming from the Graduate Program.

OUR PEOPLE

Giving graduates a step up into the industry

Our Graduate Program places the most talented graduates into a one-year of job rotation and training in the home country, followed by a two or three-years assignment overseas. Since 2012 we’ve helped more than 300 graduates to grow their careers and make their mark on the world.
